IIL73 <br />Redwood City,April 19th,1920,IO-30 o'clock P.M. <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees held. <br />Upon roll call there were present;Trustees;=M:E*.Ryan,Car1 X.Mabie,-H.C.Tuchsen, <br />Geo.W,MeNulty,Geo.A.Kreiss,City Clerk W.A.Price. <br />The oath of office of Carl K.Iilabie,Geo.W.Mc.Nulty,H.C.Tuchsen as Trustees,W.A.Price <br />Town Clerk and Frank K.Towne as Treasurer were filed. <br />The meeting was called to order by Town Clerk W.A.Price,whereupon the nomination for <br />Chairman of the Board being in order,Trustee I:Tabie moved that Trustee M.E:Ryan be elected <br />as Chairman of the Board,seconded by Trustee Mc Nulty ,Motion Carried. <br />Thereupon Trustee M.E.Ryan,assumed the Chair as Chairman of the Board for the coming <br />two years. <br />Moved by Trustee McNulty,seconded by TFu.stee Rreiss, the Board for - the benefit of the <br />American Legion waived the license of the Carnival that is to show here on May Ist.1920 <br />Motion Carried, <br />On motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Mc,Nulty,the bond of W.A.Price,Town <br />Clerk in the sum of $ 2000.00, and the bond of Frank K.Towne,Treasurer be approved and <br />accepted by this Board.Motion Carried. <br />City Engineer Dimmitt presented a Map of Atherton Acres for the approval of the Board <br />and on motion of Trustee Mc.Nulty,seconded by Trustee Mabie,said Map be approved,blotion <br />Carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by 'Trustee Mc.Nulty,Supt.of Streets be instructed to <br />see Mr. -Felix and find out what arrangement he wants to make in removing -trees reported on <br />by the Committee, and report at next meeting,Motion Carried. <br />Moved -by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty that the Board npw adjourn, <br />Motion Carried. <br />City Clerk. <br />s <br />
