<br />Application of the Jazz Club for permission to hold a 3 o'clock dance in Forester's
<br />Hall on Saturday night June I2th,1920'was granted on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by
<br />Trustee Sreiss. ,
<br />Application of Redwood City Post I05 of the American Legion for permission to hold
<br />a 3 o'clock dance in Forester's Hall on Saturday night June 5th.1920 was on motion of
<br />Trustee Mi eiss,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty same be granted.
<br />Application of G.Casaretto for permission to hold a dance on Saturday night May 8th,
<br />1920 until twelve o'clock was on motion. of Trustee Me. Nulty, seconded by Trustee Kreiss
<br />same be granted.
<br />Moved by Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Kreiss a warrant in the amount of $ 3,675
<br />be drawn in favor of Fred Warden,Contractor,on New Fire House,it being 75o of Labor and
<br />material used. on the fire house for the month of April 1920,Motion Carried..
<br />On motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen, the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to notify Mr.Cloud ,that on investigationtthey find that the Town of Redwood City is not
<br />liable for the condition of the piling under the Times -Gazette Building,Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty, the map of Residence,Business
<br />and Indrustrial District presented by the City Attorney be referred to the. Chamber of
<br />Commerce for their comment on said map,Motion Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen and carried,Trustee geeiss
<br />be granted a sixty day leave of absence with permission to leave the State.
<br />Application of Hutchinson Company for permission to use the Municipal wharf and to
<br />erect bunkers for unloading rock,was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee
<br />Me.Nuity and carried, that said Company furnish the Town of Redwood City a Bond in the
<br />amount of $ I,000.00 against any damage to the property,also the location of bunkers, and
<br />any other agreement between said Company and the Town of Redwood City be left in the hands
<br />of Trustee Mabie.
<br />A map of Emerald Lake Park # 4,was submitted by City Engineer Dimmitt, and on motion
<br />of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty,said Map be accepted by the Board,Motion
<br />Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Nc.Nulty,seeonded by Trustee Kreiss, the Supt.of Streets. be
<br />instructed to connect up the sewer of the New Fire House with the main sewer,same to be
<br />done by day work.P,iotion Carried.
<br />Monthly reports of the Treasurer,Marshall,Supt of Water and. Supt -of Streets was on
<br />motion of Trustee Mabie,seeonded by Trustee Kreiss same be receiged and filed.
