<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees,President M.E.Ryan,Garl X.Mabie,H,C.Tuchsen,
<br />Geo,W,McNulty,City Clerk W.A,Pri.ce,Absent Trustee Geo.A.Breiss.
<br />Minutes of the regular meeting held May 17th.192O and special meeting held May 24th.1920
<br />read and on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty,same be approved as
<br />,Motion Carried.
<br />Affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter,of publishing notice to Contractors,calling for
<br />for the construction of Chestnut Street sewer, and also calling for bids for 4.400
<br />of sewer pipe,was on motion of Trustee Mabie,secondecl by Trustee McNulty and carried,
<br />be received and filed,

<br />the sum of yet 5,972.85 and the certified checks be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.
<br />On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried, the City Attorney
<br />e instructed to draw up an Ordinance to the issuing of the Spur Track Bonds.
