<br />Resignation of J.M.Walter Jr.as Plumbing Inspector,as he is leaving the City,was"on
<br />motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty said resignation be accppted ,same
<br />to take effect June 7th.I920.Motion Carried.
<br />Application of Wm.P.Hogan.for the position of P1ubber Inspector was read and on motion
<br />of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty, Mr. Hogan be appointed Plumber Inspector,same
<br />to take effect June 8th.1920; and the Clerk to notify all the Master Plumbers of Mr.Hogan's
<br />appointment. Motion Carried.
<br />0:6 motion of Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,Fred Warden,Contraetor be
<br />allowed his claim in the amount of 3117.50,it being 75/ of labor and nsaterial incorporated
<br />in the New Fire House for the month of Uay,1920.blotion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee P, eNulty,seconded by Trustee'Tuchsen,J.H.Wi1lion'be allowed his claim
<br />in the amount of 0 1762.50 ,it being 75/ of his contract for the month of May 19209 on
<br />Concrete Bridges,Motion Carried.
<br />F.H.Witherly night watchman tendered his resignation to the Board and on motion of
<br />Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,said resignation be accepted without prejudice,
<br />and to take effect June 7th.19209Motion Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty, the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to write the Spokesman for the Boyd & gent Tract annexation, that the Board at this time
<br />does not feel inclined to the annexation to the City, and for them to take the matter
<br />up with the County Supervisors, for the forming of a sewer district,Motion Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Yrastee McNulty, the Plans & Specifications,
<br />of Phelps Street improvements of the City Engineer be accepted and the Clerk be instructed
<br />to advertise for sealed bids,same to be received up to June 2Ist.1920;at 8 otclook P.M.
<br />Motion Carried.
<br />Report of the Treasurer,Marshall.Supt.of Streets and Supt.of Water were read and on
<br />motion of Trustee Mabie seconded.by Trustee Tuchsen same be received and filed.
