<br />street to a depth of six(611) inches, and to thoroughly compact same with a roller having
<br />not less than 350 pounds of compression to lineal inch of tire, and to surface the same to
<br />a true and even grade with a layer of Bitrolithic or Topeka Asbaltic Wearing.Surface,
<br />similar to that we are now laying on the highway contiguous to -gour city, for the sum of
<br />(.092 Nine and one half cents per sgaure foot.

<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,secondea by Trustee PicNulty, the Supt,'of Streets be instructed
<br />to repair Phelps Street from Buckeye S�Teet to the City limite.Motion Carried.
<br />Application of John F.Archibald for the position of Fire Truck was on motion of Trustee
<br />Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee I1c.Nulty,said application be referred to the Fire Commissioners,
<br />Motion Carried.
