<br />July 3rd.1920 was granted on motion of Trustee Mabie,secinded by Trustee McNulty.
<br />On motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty,Trustee Kreiss be granted a
<br />leave of absent igor thirty days from July 3rd.1920 to leave the State,Motion Carried.
<br />Trustee Mabie offers the Following Ordinance No.299 and moves its Introduction,
<br />Trustee Tuchsen sec6nds the motion.
<br />ORDINANCE NO.209.
<br />An Ordinance Providing for the incurring of Bonded Indebtedness by the Tose of Redwood
<br />City,County of San Mateo,State of California,in the sum of twenty-five thousand($25,000.00
<br />dollars,Gold Coin of the United States of America to Pay the Cost of Certain Public
<br />Municipal Improvements in and for said Town, and Providing for the Issuance of Bonds of
<br />said Town Evidencing such Indebtedness.
<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mabie, the Supt,of Streets be instructed
<br />to purchase the material for the approach of the Fire House, and make arrangements for the
<br />laying of same,Motion Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty, the City Engineer act in
<br />conjunction with the City Attorney to procure easments south and east of Vera Ave and El
<br />Camino Real for drainage for that district,.said easment to be for three years,Motion
<br />Carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty,it be the sense of this Board as
<br />favoring a fair and adequate salaries for school teachers of San I,?ateo County,Motion
<br />Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen, the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to draw up an Ordinance providing and regulating exits for theatres and other places of
<br />public gatherings,Motion Carried:
