<br />Minutes of regular meeting held January 20th.1919 were -read and on motion of Trustee
<br />Jones,seconded by Tn-tstee Idlc.Nulty same be approved as read,ioiotion Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Iac.Nulty,seconded by Trustee Jones,the Board endorse the plans
<br />of holding memorial service in honor of the late Ex President Theodore Roosevelt,on
<br />Sunday,February Ninth,T919 j,1otion Carried.
<br />President Carl X.Mabie appointed Trustees 11.E.Ryan, and Geo. VJ.Nrc.Nulty to represent
<br />the Board at the above memnrial service.
<br />Clarence Choate representing the special committee of the Fire Departmeat appeared
<br />before the Board and outlined the plans decided on by the Department, f')r a Central Fire
