For the business of conducting an Ice house or ice business the sum of ten ($10) dollars a quarter or any frac- tion thereof. 34. For any person peddling tickets to apply In whole or in part payment of photographs or frames, or soliciting orders for the same, or for soliciting for frames or enlarged or retouched photo- graphs, the sum of Three ($3.00) dol- lars a day. 36. Every -person who 1n said Town engages in or carries on the business of corn doctor, hawker, traveling mer- chant, street faldr, astrologer, fortune teller, medium, or clairvoyant shall pay a license tax of five $(6.00) dollars aday or twenty-five ($26.00) dollars a week. or seventy -ave ($76) dollars a quarter. 38. Every vendor of maps, charts, books and other articles of like char. acter shall pay a license tax of one ($1.00) dollar a day or fifteen dollars a quarter. 39. Every person who vends or pad- dies vegetables, berries, fish, or fruits shall pay a license tax of ten ($10) dol- lars a quarter, provided, that a person who peddles fruits, vegetables or ber- ries which are his own production ex- clusively, shall not be required to pay a license. 40. For engaging In the business of a chiropodist, osteopathist, ontometrist, optician, or occullst the sum of three ($3.00) dollars a quarter. 41. For the business of carrying on or conducting a carriage, auto or sign painting shop where only one person Is employed three ($3.00) dollars a quarter, and one ($1.00) dollar a quar- ter for each additional person employ- ed. 42. Every person who conducts or carries on the, business of selling and delivering milk or cream by wage", cart or other vehicle to more than five customers shall pay a license tax of ftve ($6.00) a quarter. 43. Every person, firm or corpora- tion who conducts the business of sell - Ing and delivering ice cream In said Town shall pay a license tax of $vo ($6.00) dollars a quarter. 44, Every person, firm or corpora- tion who carries on the business of selling and delivering bread in said Town shall pay a license tax of Five ($6.00) dollars a quarter. 46. For the business of delivering any goods, wares, furniture, or mer- chandise where the person delivering does not pay a license under any other provision of this ordinance $500 a quarter. SECTION 10. All licenses granted under this ordinance or any section thereof, are granted and accepted by all parties feceiving said licenses with the express understanding that the Board of Trustees may revolts the same at any time if satisfied that any of the conditions of the license or terms of this ordinance have been violated or that the license was obtained by fraud- ulent representations, or that the hol- der of such license Is in unfit person to trusted with the privileges granted Bald license; provided, however, that �no license shall be revoked without I giving the holder thereof an oppor- j tun ity to appear before the Board of Trustees In his own behalf. On revoc. ation of a license no part of the money paid therefor shall be returned but Buell license fee shall be forfeited to the Town.
