((( <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees;- President M.E.Ryan,Carl K.Mabie,H.C. <br />Tuchsen,Geo.IY.McNulty,Geo.A.Kreiss, City Clerk W.A.Price. <br />Minutes of the regular meeting held May 16th.192I was read and on motion of <br />Trustee Mabie,secomded by Trustee Tuchsen same be approved as read,Motion Carried. <br />Property owners residing on Jefferson Avenue,between State'Highway and Adams <br />Board <br />�.pm. 'Street appeared before.the."regarding having some action teken in the reconstruction <br />of Jefferson Avenue between the State Highway and Adams Street,with an asphaltic macadam <br />av o <br />pavement o em t was n motion of Trustee Ni abie,seconded by Trustee McNulty; the property <br />owners pay the City the sum of $ 1500.00 and the balance of estimate of $ 2200.00 made <br />by City Engineer Dimmitt be done by the City under the supervision of the Supt. of <br />Streets.motion Carried. }. <br />On motion of Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee mabie,James Worden prop.of the. <br />Palm Candy Store 30.6 Broadway be given a temporary permit to stand his pop corn machine <br />in parking place between the side walk and curb,in front of his place of business, <br />Motion Carried. <br />Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Company for permission'to set poles on <br />Inner Circle ,Oak Knoll Manor,as per BLUE PRINT 4, 488-R'attached was on motion of Trustee f <br />McNulty,seeonded by Trustee Tuchsen said permit be granted,Motion Carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty, City Engineer Dimmitt be <br />instructed to make a corrected map of Blocks 1 -2 -3 -.Sub A.Wellesley Park for the office e <br />of Tag Collector. Motion Carried. <br />Communication from Gen.Geo.S.Evans Relief Corps No 36, thanking the; Board for their <br />• i I <br />kind donation of Forty Dollars towards egepnses for Memorial Bay was on motion of <br />Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Kreiss same be received and filed. <br />Application,of Sequoyah Club for a permit to hold'a one o'clock dance_ in Forester's <br />Hall on Saturday evening.
