<br />olution of Intention No, E-3 to be pub
<br />)ished twice in the Redvioo,{1 City Stan-
<br />idard, a weekly newspaper published,
<br />Printed and circulated in said Town of
<br />!Redwood.City, (there being no daily or
<br />gemi-weekly newspaper published
<br />therein), and hereby designated by said
<br />Board of Trustees for that purpose.
<br />The Street Superintendent of said
<br />Town of Redwood City shall cause
<br />notices of the passage of this Resalu-
<br />tion of Intention No. E.3 to be posted as
<br />required by law.
<br />And it Is hereby further resolved by
<br />said Board of Trustees that serial
<br />bonds hearing interest at the rate of
<br />seven per cent per annum and extend-
<br />ing over a period of three (3) years
<br />from' the second day of January next
<br />succeeding their date shall be issued
<br />to represent assessments of twenty-
<br />five ($25.00) dollars or over for the
<br />cost and expenses of said work and Im,
<br />provements and in manner and feria
<br />provided by law.
<br />AND NOTICE is hereby given that
<br />Monday the 7th day of November„ 1921,
<br />at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. It. of said
<br />day at the meeting place of the Board
<br />of Trustees of the Town of Redwood
<br />City, County of Snn Mateo, State o1
<br />California, in the Council Chamber in
<br />the Town Hall on Webster street In said
<br />Town of Redwood City, County and
<br />Sfate aforesaid, hes been and is hereby
<br />Axed as the day, hour and -place when
<br />and where any and all persons having
<br />any objections to the proposed work
<br />and improvements described heroinor
<br />to the proposed grade at which said
<br />work and improvements are to be done
<br />may appear before said Board of Trus-
<br />tees and show cause why said proposed
<br />work and improvements should not be
<br />carried out in accordance with this
<br />Resolution of Intention No. E-3 or why
<br />,.said proposed work and improvements
<br />should not be carried out and done at_
<br />the proposed grades ns shown on the
<br />plans and specifications herelnbefore
<br />referred to.
<br />All the herein proposed work and Im-
<br />provements shall be done In pursuance
<br />of and in, conformity with an, Act of the
<br />Legislature of the State of California,
<br />entitled, "Improvement Act of 1911,"
<br />approved April 7th, 1911, and acts am-
<br />endatory thereof.
<br />Passed and adopted by, the Board of
<br />Trustees of the Town of Redwood City
<br />at a regular meeting of said Board
<br />held on the 17th day of October, 1921,
