<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried,minutes of regular
<br />meeting held. October 17th.192I be dispensed with:
<br />Affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge in the matter- of PUBLISHING NOTICE of inviting sealed proposal
<br />for finger Avenue Improvements, and affidavit of D.E.O'Neefe in the matter of PUBLISHING
<br />NOTICE inviting sealed proposals for Redwood Highlands Improvements, also affidavit of
<br />W.A.Price,'City Clerk in the matter of posting near the Council Chamber door of PLANS
<br />and SPECIFICATIONS of Finger Avenue Improvements and Redwood Highlands Improvements,was
<br />on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Mabie,said affidavits be received and
<br />filed.1dotion Carried.
