.F Redwood City,November 21,192I,7-30. o'clock P.M, Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwool City held. Upon roll call there were present Trustees;- President M.E.Ryan-Carl K.Mabie-H.C.Tuchsen- Geo.W.1vcNulty-Geo.A.Kreiss, City Clerk W.A.Price. Minutes of regular meeting held November 7th.192I were read and on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seaonded by Trustee Kreiss same be approved as read.Motion Carried. Mr.D.R.Stafford appeared before the Board and made a personal application for a permit to ereet an oil supply statio4 on Lot 6 -Block 2,Dingee• Park,corner Broadway and State HighWay,, on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Mabie said permit was granted. Application was made 'by Mr.D.R.Stafford for a permit to move two small.buildings from Broadwayand Wimslow to the back of Lot 6 -Block 2-Dingee Park,cor of Broadway and State Highvray,was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,said application be granted,Motion Carried. Communication from Mrs.Rose Solari asking the Board to take some action in repairing Heller Street,south of Spruce Street,was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee i'1abie, the Clerk be instructed to write Mrs.Solari and inform her the Board will improve the street with a concrete base;the Town stand I/5 of cost, and the property owners 4/5 ,of cost,I,iotion Carried. Moved by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Tuchsen, the City pay the expenses of City Engineer and Supt.of Streets to inspect the different samples of road work at Pittsburg., CaliforniaJilotion Carried. Communication from S.F.Steel Products Company regarding their, recent contract was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Mabie same,be received. and filed,Motion Carried. Trustee McNulty offers Ordinance No.22I and moves its Introduction,Trustee Tuchsen seconds the motion.Motion Carried. On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee McNulty, the Clerk be instructed to advertise for sealed proposals for the Old Fire House property situated on Main Street, bids to -be opened on December 19th.192I at 7-30 O'Block P.M.Motion Carried. Moved by Trustee McKulty,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen Con Drathman be appointed Electrical Inspector for the Town of Redwood City,same to take effect at once.Motion Carried. On motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Kreiss, the City Attorney be instrd.cted to draft a building Ordinance ,1dotion Carried. On motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee McNulty the Supt.of dater be instructed to preceed with work of laying water pipe according to the plans of the City Engineer, included in districts A-I-A2,.A-2 twice -A-4.- the estimated cost is 0 13,620.Motion Carried.
