<br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redvood City,County of San
<br />Idateo,State of California,did on the 7th.day-of November,192I,pass its Resolution of
<br />Intention IdO.E-4 to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be
<br />made in said Town of Redwood City,which Resolution of Intention No.E-4 was duly and legally
<br />published as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge now on*file in
<br />the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City; and
<br />�HEREQS,after the passage of said Resolution of Intention_No.E-4-notices of the passage
<br />thereof head ednNOTICE OF MPROVE[MNTII were duly and legally posted along the line of said
<br />contemplated work and improvements and in front ofmall property liable to be assessed and
<br />upon all the streets in the district to be assessed at not more than three hundred feet in
<br />distance apart and not less than three notices on each street; and not less than three
<br />notices in all,in time form and manner as required by law,as appears from the affidavit
<br />of Edward Dearborn,Street Superintendent of said Town of Redwood City,which in n'bw on file

<br />WHEREAS, this is the time fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.E-4 and in the
<br />notices of the passage thereof so psoted as aforesaid when and where any and all persons
<br />having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution
<br />of Intention Fo.E-4 could appear before said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,
<br />County of San kateo, State of California, and show cause why said proposed work and improve-
