<br />Special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees;- President M.E,Ryan,Carl K,Mabie,H,C,
<br />Tuohsen,Geo,W,MeNulty,Geo,A,Kreiss9City Clerk W,A.Price,
<br />Affidavit of J,A,Roza in the matter of serving notice upon the members of the Board
<br />of Trustees calling a Special meeting of said Board to be held in the Town Hall on the
<br />29th.day of December,192I at the hour pf 7-30 o'clock P,M, was on'moti on of Trustee
<br />McNulty,seoonded by Trustee Kreiss same be received and filed, Motion Carried,
<br />Trustee Tuchsen presents the following Resolution and moves do pass,Trastee McNulty
<br />seconds' the motion; -
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City has sold to
<br />J.B,Perry the old Main Street fire house premises being a portion of Lot 5b as shown on
<br />the Map .of the I'Town of Mezesville" of record -in -the Recorder's office of the County of
<br />San Mateo,State of California,in Volume I of Ma s at page 'j'9;
<br />And whereas on the 5th,day of September,1916psaid Board of Trustees at the request
<br />of Charles Luscher granted to said Charles Luscher permission to use and occupy the rear
<br />portion -of -said above described Main Street fire house premises with the understanding
<br />that said permission could be ravoked at an$r time;
<br />NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that
<br />the permissio# heretofore granted to Charles Luscher to use and occupy the rear -portion
<br />of the old Main Street fire house premises be revoked and said Charles Luscher is hereby
<br />requested to immediately vacate same.
<br />And be it further resolved that the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City be and he is
<br />hereby directed to notify said Charles Luscher of the revocation of the above mentioned
<br />permission to occupy the above described old Main street fire house premises and to
<br />request,him to immediately vacate the same,Motion Carried,
<br />Trustee Tuchsen presents the following Resolution and moves it do pass,Trustee "abie
<br />seconds the motion;- ' ....
<br />RESOLVED, that the President of the $oard of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City
<br />and the Clerk of said Town be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on
<br />behalf of said Town of Redwood City a deed to J,B,Perry of the portion of Lot 56 as
<br />shown on the Map of the "Town of Mezesville" of -record in Volume I of Maps at page 79
<br />in the Recorder's.office of tl County of San Mateo,State of California,now occupied by
<br />the old Main street fire house premises and ,fronting 31 -feet 3 inches on Main Street
<br />upon the payment of said J,B,Perry to said Town :of Redwood City of the sum of thirty
<br />eight hundred and fifteen (0 3815,Oo)Dollars, Motion.:Carried,
