<br />! Highway on, Saturday. evenings February 25th. and March 4th,1922 was on motion of Trustee

<br />Trustee Tuchsen offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption,•to-wit;
<br />The Baord of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City does hereby determine and resolve,
<br />as follows,to-wit;!
<br />Section I,That the public interest and.publie necessity of said municipality,said Town
<br />of Redwood City, and of the inhabitants thereof,demand the acquisition of the following
<br />municipal improvement in and for said Town of Redwood City,to-wit;
<br />The acquisition of the properties and•p7.ant:of the Redwood.City Water Company, a
<br />corporation,consisting of real property,water rights,wells,pumps,pipe lines,compressprs,
<br />1I tanks,machinery situated near the northerly end of Chesinut street in said Town, and being
<br />I�
<br />partly within and partly without the limits of said Town,which water company is now sup-
<br />plying water to the Town of Redwood City, for distribution through the municipal system,
<br />That the estimate cost of acquiring said improvement above referred to is the sum of
<br />.rtl thirty thousand (0 30,000.00 ) dollars,

<br />• Seution 2, That the cost of acquiring said improvement is to great to be paid out of
<br />the ordinary annual income and revenue of said Town of -Redwood City, and said improvement
<br />P will require the�e$penditure greater th.--n the'amounjr allowed for such improvement by the
<br />annual tax levy, and that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the Town of
<br />Redwood City to have and secure said improvement to be made,acquired and„established, and
