R E S 0 Z U T ION-ESTABZISHING- GRADES. Trustee Tuchsen offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption. RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town .of Redwood City that the grades of the following named streets,avenues•and alleys in the Town of Redwood City be, and the same are hereby fixed and established as follows,to wit; Center line of Jefferson avenue at center line of Fulton street at 17.7 feet above base . Center line of Jefferson avenue at center line of Grand sheet at 18.2 feet above base. Center line of Jefferson avenie at northerly line of bridge on said avenue between Grand street and Hudson street at 19,4 feet above base. Center line of Jefferson avenue at southerlk line of bridge on said atenue between Grand street and Hudson street at 19.5 -feet above base. ' .Center line of Jefferson avenue at center line of Hudson street extended thereto at 20.0 feet above base. Center line of Jefferson avenue at center line of Iris street at 22,4 feet above base. Center line of Jefferson avenue at center line of Jeter street extended thereto at 24.7 feet above base. Center line of Iris street -at center line of Lexington avenue at 19.0 feet above base. Center line of Cleveland street where a line 3 feet easterly from and parallel'to the westerly line of alley running through Block I2 of the Eagle Hill Addition to the Town of Redwood City intersents said center line of Cleveland street at 15.3 feet above base. Center line of Clinton street where a line 3 feet easterly from and parallel to the west- erly line of alley running through Block II as shown on last mentioned map intersects said center li:.e of Clinton street at.13.3 feet above base. Center line of Adams street where a line 3 feet easterly from and parallel to the weaterly line of alley running through block II as shown on the last mentioned map intersesets the said center line of Adams street at 12.4 feet above base. RESOLVED that the grades on all streets and avenues and alleys running northerly and southerly between the points where said grades are fixed and established herein shall be a straight line drawn between consecutive points where said grades are fixed herein. RESOLVED that the mean high water of San F;ancisco Bay is hereby adopted and establish. ed as the base from whic7l and above the grades hereinbefore mentioneddare computed and established. RESOLVED that the top of that certain granite minument marked„".G.B.".place d in that, certain triangular piece of land in the Townmof Redwood City.,the: property of said Town, bounded by Main street,formerly Mound street,Beech street and the right of way -of the Southern Pacific Railroad.Company,which monument is located in laid piece of land at a point 5.5 feet easterly from a point in the easterly line of Main street, formerly Mound j street;whieh last mentioned point is 50.6 feet northerly in said easterly line of Main i ' j street, formerly Mound street from.the northerly line of Beech street,is hereby established {` and declared to be I2.6 feet above mean #igh water of San Francisco Bay. RESOLVED that the width of the roadway of Jefferson avenue,be and the same is hereby fixed and established at 40 feet to be 20 feet on each side of the center line thereof.
