<br />That a six (6) Inch vitrified salt
<br />glazed the pip's sewer be constructed

<br />of Eagle Hill Addition between Clln-
<br />iton streetand Cleveland street said
<br />isewer to be constructed parallel to
<br />and 2 feet easterly from the westerly
<br />line of said alley and to commence at
<br />the northerly line of Cleveland street
<br />and to extend to the northerly line
<br />of Clinton street and to connect
<br />with a manhole to be constructed at
<br />the point of beginning of said sewer
<br />and also to connect with manhole now
<br />In Place on the northerly line of Clio=
<br />ton street 3 feet easterly from the
<br />westerly line of the hereinbefore des-
<br />cribed alley, excepting however, a dis-
<br />tance of 36 feet where said sewer
<br />crosses the roadway of Clinton street
<br />which 36 feet shall be constructed
<br />of cast Iron pipe six (6) inches In di-
<br />sameter; that brick manholes with cast
<br />'Iron frames and covers be constructed
<br />along the line of the above described
<br />sewer In the above described alley at
<br />the following places, to -wit: one man-
<br />hole at the northerly line of Cleveland
<br />street 3 feet eastprly from the, wester-
<br />ly line of said hereinbefore described
<br />alley; one manhole on the line of said
<br />sewer at a point 260 feet northerly
<br />from the northerly line of Cleveland
<br />street; that six (6) inch -by four (4)
<br />Inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe'
<br />wyes b'e,constructed along the line of
<br />said sewer In said above described at -
<br />ley the first 'bye to be Placed at a
<br />point 6 feet southerly from the south-
<br />erly line of Clinton street and an ad-
<br />ditional Wye being placed every forty
<br />feet Southerly 1n front of lots 2, 3, 4,
<br />6, 6, 7, 8, 8, 10 and 11 Block 12 as
<br />shown on the last mentioned map,
<br />said wyes being for the purpose of
<br />connecting laterals -running from the
<br />above named lots to said sewer.
<br />Wherever manholes are to be con-
<br />structed along the line of sewers to be
<br />constructed herein 'said sewers shall
<br />be connected with said rhanholes.
