i <br />Redwood City,april 17th.1922,IO-30 otclock P.M. <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City was called to order <br />by City Clerk W,A,Price. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustee; -Carl K.Mabie,H.O.Tuchsen;Geo.W.MeNulty,M.E. <br />Ryan,H.d.Beeger,City Clerk W.A.Price. <br />The oath of office of M.E.Ryan, and H.A.Beeger was received and filed. <br />The meeting being walled to order by City Clerk W.A.Prioa,whereupon the nomination for <br />Chairman of the Board being in order,Trustee Ryan moves that Trustee Geo.W.MeNulty be <br />elected as Chairman of the Board,Trustee Tuchsen seconds the moti on,Motion Carried. <br />Thereupon Trustee Geo.W.MoNulty assumed the chair as Chairman of the Board for the coming <br />two years. <br />On motion of Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Mabie,Dr.J.P.H.Dykes be appointed <br />Health Officer taking thte'place of Dt.J.E,.Chapin deceased.M8tion Carried. <br />AlBved by TPstee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Ryan, the Health Departmentpurchase from <br />Mrs.J.E.Chapin, the necessary instruments and supplies for ure of the Health Department,the <br />cost to be the sum of 0 175,00.mRtion Carried. <br />Chairman McNulty herewith appointed the following standing committees for the next two <br />years,to-wit;- <br />Finance Committee, Trustee Ryan,Tuchsen,Mabie <br />Public Works,Trustees,Tuchsen,Mabie,Beeger. <br />Public Utilities,Trustees,Beeger,Tuchsen,Ryan. <br />Public Health and Morals,Trustees,Mabie,Ryan and Beeger. <br />Moved by T-irustee Tuchsen, seconded by TFustee Ryan we now adjourn to Monday,April 2¢th.19229 <br />at 8 o'clock Palo Dw`tion Carried. <br />City Clerk. <br />0 <br />5 <br />403 <br />t, <br />
