<br />Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City held,.
<br />Upon roll call there were present -Trustees;- President Geo,W,MeNulty,Carl g.Mabie,H.C.
<br />Tuchsen,H,A,Beeger,M.E.Ryan,City Clerk W,A,Price,
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held April 17th.1922, was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded
<br />by Trustee Seeger and carried,be dispensed with until next,meeting,
<br />Application of E.W,Magruder for three water connections on Woodside Road,was on motion
<br />of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen and carried said application be granted with
<br />the understanding that if it interfere with the flow of water of the old consumers it
<br />will be disotntinued,
<br />Trustee Tuchsen offers .ORDINANCE N0,226 and moves its introduction,Trustee Mabie seconds
<br />the motion, Motion Carried,
<br />Affidavit of Jas.D,Hedge in the matter of publishing notice calling for sealed bids for
<br />wooden fence on E1 Camino Real was on motion of Trustee Mabi.e,seconded by Trustee Ryan,and
<br />carried same be received and filed.
<br />The following bids were received,publiely opened,examined and declared; -
<br />Name of Bidder Geo.A.greiss For constructing fence complete -----0 845.96
<br />'Name of Bidder Geo,Alvis! For constructing fence complete----- 885.00
<br />Moved by Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Ryan, the contract for construction of fence
<br />be awarded to Geo,A,Ereiss,he being the lowest bidder, and the certified clieck.of the un-
<br />successful bidder be returned,Motion Carried.
<br />Application of the California Land Security Company of San Francisco for City Water,was
<br />on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Mabie,said request be grant ed, Connection j
<br />to be made at Ashley Avenue and Edgewood Road,Motion Carried.
<br />The following communication w$s received, and on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded
<br />by Tpustee,Mabie same be received and filed, and the clerk answer same thanking them for
<br />their information, Motion Carried,

<br />The Redwood City Woman."s Club respectfully requests the Board of Trustees to refuse
<br />to allow any map of subdivisions to be filed -which sub -divide property into lots of
<br />I00 ft,frontage or less and which is adjacent to Redwood City unless such tract is
<br />provided with water and sewer facilities,

<br />Application of W,G,Wolfe for permission to hold a dance in Forester's Hall on Wednesday
<br />evening May 3rd.1922 From 8-30 to I2-30 o'clock was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seeonded by
<br />Trustee Beeger same be granted. Motion Carried.
<br />Communication from the Alaska Codfish Company regarding the road leading from Chestnut
<br />Street to their planit,in need of repairs %vas on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee
<br />Mabie,same be received and filed,Motion Carried.
<br />Application of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company fcr permission to stretch its overhead
<br />wires over a portion of tYu? Town's property in the vicinity of the Town Hall waa on motion
<br />of Tpustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee a,9pge?, the, chairman be authorized to execute a
<br />right of way with said -Company in'accordance with BLUE PRINT on file,Motion Carried.
