<br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,did on the
<br />13rd.d:_y of April,1922,pass its Resolution of Intention No.D.2 to order the hereinafter
<br />described work to be done and improvements to be made in said T8vm, which Resolution of
<br />Intention No.D-2 was duly and legally published as required by law,as appears from the
<br />r
<br />affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood
<br />'City; and
<br />;bHER AS notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.D. 2 headed '!NOTICE
<br />of IIJPROV7iTENT 11 were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work
<br />,and improvements, and in front of all property liable to be assessed therefor , at not
<br />more than 300 feet in distance ap&rt,and not less than three on each street and not less
<br />than three in all. T4at said notices were so posted as afforesaid after the adoption of
<br />'said Resolution of Intention No.D.2 and were so posted in time,form,manner and number as
<br />street
<br />required by law,as appears from the affidavit of Edward Dearblbrn/Superintendent of said
<br />;Town of Redwood City,vino personally posted same,which affidavit is now on file in the
<br />office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />Whereas, at the time fix d in said Resolution of Intention No.D-2 and the notices of
<br />the passage thereof,so posted as aforesaid, --hen and where protests against said work and
<br />improvements therein described or against the grades at which it is proposed to do and make

<br />said work and improvements could be made to the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood
<br />City,no person or persons appeared and no protests of any kind were )Wade against said work
<br />and improvements or agiainst the grades at which it is proposed to do and make said work
<br />and improvements and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to order said
<br />work and improvements,
<br />IT IS HE -MY RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require the word and
<br />improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby
<br />orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Tovm,to-wit;
