And It Is hereby further resolved by said Board of Trustees that serial bonds bearlag Interest at the rate of seven per cent per annum and extend - Ing over a period of throe years from the second day of January next suc- ceeding their date shall be Issued to represent assessments of twenty=Ave (tt16.00) dollars or over for the costs and expenses of said work and im- provements, and in manner and form, _provided by law. Said Clerk is also directed to publish a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids,and referring to tae: plans and specifications posted or on file,by two successive insertions in the Redwood City Standard,a weekly newspaper publighed,printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City,(there being no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published therein), and hereby designated by said Board of Trustees for that purpose.
