<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present.Trustees;- President Geo,.W,MeNulty,Carl K.Mabie,H2O,
<br />Tuchsen,H,A,Beeger,M.E,Ryan,City Clerk W.A,Price,
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held April 17th.1922 and regular adjourned meeting held
<br />April 24th,19Q2 were read and on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen same
<br />be approved as read,Motion Carried:
<br />Moved by Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger and carried, the Bond of James A.
<br />Lanfear in the amount of -S 300.00 to do electricial work under Ordinance No.219 be approvek
<br />by this Board.
<br />On motion of Trustee. Mabie ,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried, the Woman's Relief
<br />Corps and the. Grand Army of Republic be donated the sum of 0 40.00 towards paying expenses
<br />for music on Memprial Day.

<br />Application of S.Weissman for a permit to hold a one o'clock dance in Forester's Hall
<br />Saturday evening May 27th,1922,was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,
<br />same be granted,Motion Carried.
<br />Application of J.Guffanti for a permit to hold a twelve o'clock dance at 1304 State
<br />Highway on Saturday 'evening May 6th.1922 was granted on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded
<br />by Trustee Tuchsen and carried.
<br />Communication.'and...petition.'from Bonita Parlor # IO N.D.G.W.in regards to improving
<br />Califoinia.,Square'amd other small parke,also the improving the grounds around the City
<br />Hall was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen; seconded by Trustee Mabie same be received and filed
<br />t
<br />for future consideratioiaXation Carried.
<br />•On motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Mabie and carried,the deed from the
<br />Redwood Highlands Company deeding a ship of land through certain lots in Oak Knoll Manor
<br />Subdivision for sewer.purposes be accepted by the Board and the clerk be instracted to
<br />have said deed recerded,' ,
<br />Maps of Whipple Tract and Emerald Lake Tract %5 were presented to the Board by the
<br />City Engineer Dimmitt, and on motion of,Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Beeger,said
<br />maps be accepted by the Board,M®tion Carried.
<br />Trustee Tuchsen offers the following RESOLUTION and moves its adoption,Trustee Mabie
<br />ssaonds the motion,Motion Carried.
<br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.D-4.
<br />RESOLVED,by the Board of Trustees of ,the Town.of Redwood City,County of San Mateo,State
<br />of California,that the public interest and convenience require.and'it is the intention of
<br />said Board of Trustees now declare to order the closing and vacating as a public street
<br />and highway the following described portion of Maple street in said Town of Redwood City,
<br />to -wit;
