<br />Notice is hereby given that all persons interested and objecting to the closing and vacatio
<br />of said portion of Maple atreet hereinbefore herein described,are hereby notified to file
<br />their. objections in writing.1n, the office of and with the Clerk of the Town of Redwood
<br />City,as Clerk of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,as reg1.ired by law.
<br />The Superintendent, of Streets of 'said Town of Redwood Qity,is hereby ordered and direct-
<br />ed to immediately cause to be conspicuously posted on all frontages of that portion of
<br />Maple ztreet proposed to be closed and vacated,notices bf the passage of this Resolution
<br />of Intention No.D-¢ in the manner and for the period required by law,, and also to cause a
<br />notice simil8r-_in substance to be published in,the Redwood City Standard,a weekly newspaper
<br />published,printed and circulated in said Town of Redwobd.City,for the period required
<br />The Redwmod'City Standard,a weekly newspaper of general circulation published,printed I
<br />and circulated in said Town of Redwood City,(there being'no daily or semi-weekly newspaper
<br />published therein),is hereby designated as the newspaper in which to publish the notice of
<br />the Superintendent of Streets of the passage of this Resolution of Intention No.D-¢,in re-
<br />lation to the closing and vacating as a public street and highway of the hereinbefore de-
<br />scribed portion of Maple Street in laid Town of Redwood City.

<br />And said Board of Trustees does hereby determine and declare that it is unnecessary to
<br />levy any assessment to provide for tbs. work of closing and vacating the•said•hereinbefore
<br />described portion of Maple Street in Isaid Town of Redwood City,
<br />The work of closing herein described shall be done in pursuance of and in conformity
<br />with an"Act of the Legislature of the State of Californta,entitled,"An.Act to'ptovi.de for
<br />laying out,opening,extendtng,widening,straightening,or closing up in whole or in part any
<br />street,gquare,lane,alley,court or place withinfmunicipalities," and to condemn and acquire
<br />any and all land and property necessary or convenient fog• that purpbse,"app.roved March 6th.
<br />1889, and found in the Statutes of 1889 of Claiforni�at page Pond all amendments thereto.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood Cityat a•regala.r meeting
<br />of said Board held on the Ist.day of May,1922,by the followi#g vote;
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution of Intention No.D-¢,Tpustees
