<br />RESOLVED; that the said Board of Trustees hereby rejects all said proposals or bids.ex-
<br />oept that next herein mentioned , and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and
<br />making said improvements to the lowest regular responsibme bidder,to-wit;

<br />at the prides named in his bid,
<br />The Town Clerk is hereby directed to post notice of this -award conspicuously for five
<br />days,on or near the Council Chamber door of the Board of Trustees of said Town of -Redwood
<br />City,and also to cause such notice of award to be published by two successive insertions
<br />in the Redwood City Standard, a weekly newspaper published,printed and circulated in said
<br />Town of Redwood City,(there being no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published therein), and
<br />hereby designated for that purpose by the Bca.rd of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City,
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the hour of
<br />8.35 o'clock P,M, at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 8th.day of May,
<br />1922,by the following vote;
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution of Award No.D.I.Trustees,

<br />Application of W,G.Wolfe for permission to hold a one o'clock dance in Forester's Hall
<br />Saturday evening May 13th.1922 was granted on motion of Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee
<br />Ryan and carried.
<br />Application and Bond for a Master's Plumber license was presented by Steven Sesak and
<br />on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger,said license be granted,Motion Carried.
<br />Affidavit of Jas.D.gedge in matter of Publishing Resolution of Intention No.D-3 and
<br />affidavit of Edward Dearborn in the matter of Posting notice of Resolution of Intention
<br />Vo -D-3 was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seco:}ded by Trustee Beeger same be received and filed,
<br />Motion Carried.
<br />Trustee Tuchsen offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption, Trustee Mabie
<br />seconds the motion,Motion Carried.
<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO.D.3.
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood. City,did on the
<br />17th.day of April,1922,pass its Resolution of Intention No.D.3 to order the hereinafter
<br />work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town, which Resolution of Intention
<br />No -D-3 was duly and legally published as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of
