<br />IMPROVLTMF 11 were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work and
<br />improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed at not more than 300
<br />feet in distance apart, and not less than three on each street and not less than three in
<br />all,in time,form, manner and number required by law after the passage of said Resolution
<br />of Intention No.D-3, as appears from the affidavit of Edward Dearbo'rn,Street Superintendent
<br />of said Tlawn of Redwood Oity,who personally posted said notices,which affidavit is now on
<br />file in the office of the Clerk sbf said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS at the time in said Resolution of.Intention No.D-3 and the notoes of the passage .
<br />thereof, so posjred as aforesaid,when and where protests against said work and improvements
<br />described therein and herein could be made to the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood'
<br />City,no person or persons appeared and no protests of any kind were made against said work
<br />and improvements, and said Board of Trusb,ees now having aequired.jurisdiction to .order said.

<br />tions posted or on filer for two successive insertions in the Redwood City Standard, a
<br />weekly newspaper published,printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City,(there being
<br />no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published therein)tand hereby designated by said Board of
<br />Trustees for that purpose.

<br />8-40 o'clock P,M, at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 8th -day orf May,
