<br />WHERBIS notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.D-3 headed "NOTICE OF
<br />I1;4PR0VF1,1BNT!1 were duly and leig'ally posted along the line of said contemplated work and
<br />improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed at not more than 300
<br />feet in distance apart, and not less than three on each street and not less than three in
<br />all,in time,form, manner and number required by law after the passage of said Resolution
<br />of Intention No.D-39 as appears from the affidavit of Edward Dearbo'rn,Street Superintendent
<br />I of said T(arm of Redwood City,who personally posted said notices,which affidavit is now on
<br />file in the office of the Clerk 6f said Town; and

<br />thereof, so posed as afore said, when and i^mere protests against said work and improvements
<br />described therein and herein could be made to the Board of Trustees of said Torn of Redwood
<br />City, no person or persons appeared and no protests of any kind were made against said work

<br />gether with the plans and specifications therefor,conspicuously for five days on or near
<br />the Council Chamber door of the 'Board of Trustees of said Torm of Redwood City,inviting
<br />sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered, Said Clerk is also directed tb publish
<br />a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids, and referring to the plans and specifica-
<br />tions posted or on file, for two succesoive insertions in the Redwood City Standard, a
<br />weekly newspaper published,printed and circulated in said Torn of Redwood City,(there being
<br />no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published therein),and hereby designated by said Board of
<br />Trustees for that purpose.
<br />Pasoed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Torn of Redwood City at the hour of
<br />8-40 oIclock P.K. �.t a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 8th.day old May,
<br />1922,by the following vote;
