Trustee Tuchsen offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption. RESOLVED, that whereas the Redwood Highlands Company.,a corporation deeded to -the Town of Redwood City the hereinafter described real property in said Town for municipal purposes, which deed bears date the day of ,1922, and was filed for record in the Recorder's office of the .County of San Mateo,State of Califo)rnia,on the day of May,1922,in volume of Official Records at page NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that; the gollowing described strip of land in said Town,to-wit;Beginning at a point on the southea"iterly line of lot 16.in Block 2 of Oak Knoll Manor distant 4:5° 05'w.67.02 feet from the most easterly corner of said lot 2;thence N-35 ° 46' W.65.04 feet;thence 640 34' W.through lots 16 and 17 192.19.feet to the easterly line of Opal avenue;thence along said easterly line of Opal avenue southerly on the are of a curve to the right with a radius of 1934.91 feet for a distance of 20.02 feet;thence leaving said easterly line of Opal avenue and 4=00s lot 18 in said Block 2 N.64o 35' E•175.50 feet;thence 5.350 46' E. 71.49 feet to the northwesterly line of Brewster Avenue;thence along said northwesterly line of Brewster avenue N-450 05' E.20.28 feet to the point of beginning ,being a strip of land 20 feet in width and a portion of Lots 16,17 and 18 in Block 2 as shown on that certain map entitled t1 Oak Knoll Manor" filed for record May IOth.1916,im Map Book IO at pages 4 to II inclusive in the records off the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,State of California, and being one of the parcels of:land'described in the aforementioned deed,be and the same is hereby dedicated as a public street or alley for the use of the public and of said Town of Redwood City.
