Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City held: Upon roll call there were present Trustees;President Geo.W.MoNu.lty,Carl K.Mabie,H.C. I Tuchsen,H.A.Beeger,M.B.Rya.n,City Clerk W,A.Price. Minutes of regular meeting held June 5tho1922,were read ,on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Mabie same be approved as read,Motion Carried. Communication from ivirs.Caroline Hawes Robinson. in regards to the poor condition of Jefferson Avenue,was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Beeger same be received and filed, and the clerk be instructed to notify Iulrs.Robinson that plans for this work is now underway,Iiiotion Carried. Communication from District attorney Franklin Swatt notifing the Board that hereafter the provisions of the Statutes will be strictly enforced with regards to fines collected for violation of the Motor Vehicle Act nto the County Treasury was on motion of Trustee M.u©hsen,seconded by Trustee.Ivlableeaame be referred to the City Recorder.Motion Carried. On motion of Trustee Beeger, seconded by Trustee Tuchsen, the City Engineer be•author- ized to purchase three extra lamp posts,lAotion Carried. Moved by Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Beeger,Building Ordinance f 227'be amended to read new buildings costing between $ 300.00 and not over 0 1000.00 the fee be Two Dollars,Motion Carried. Trustee Tu.ch"sen offers ORDINANCE No.299 and moves its introduction Trustee Mebie seco4ds the Motion,iviotion Carried. Trustee Tuchsen offers Ordinance No.230 and moves its intr6duction,Trustee Beeger j seconds the motion,Motion Carried. Affidavit of Jas.D.uedge in the matter of Publishing, and -affidavit of Edward DearboTk in the matter of Posting notice of Public Mork under Resolution of intention No.D-49 closing of portion of Maple Street,was on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Mabie,said affidavit be received and filed -Motion Carried. Trustee Tuchsen offers the following Resolution.and moves its adoption,`::.. RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GRADES. RESOLVED,by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the rbfficial grades of Roosevelt Avenue in said Town of Redwood City,at the points hereinafter mentioned,be,and the same are hereby fixed and established as follows;- Genter line of Roosevelt avenue at southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real at 12.9 feet above base. ` Center line of Roosevelt avenue at center line of Adams street'extended at 15,5 feet above mase. Cent er line of Roosevelt avenue at center line of Woodrow street extended at 16.5 feet above base, Center line of Roosevelt avehue at center line of Clinton street extended at 17.4 feet abdve base.
