And be it further resolved that the grade of Roosevelt avenue between points where grades are fixed and established herein shall be a straight line drawn between consecutive points. And be it further resolved that the grades at the top gf the curbs on both sides of said Roosevelt avenue shall at all points be two (2) inches below the grades in the center of said avenue of said avenue and herein fixed and established. And be it further resolved that the grades of the gutters on both sides of said Roosevelt avenue shall at all points be six (6) inc4es below the grades at the top Df the curbs as said grades are herein fixed and established. And be it further resolved that the mean high water'of the San Francisco Bay is hereby adopted and established as the base from which, and above which the grades hereinbefore mentioned are computed and established. And be it fftrther resolved that the top of that certain granite monument marked«G.B." placed in that certain triangular piece o;f land In the Town of Redwood City, the property of said Town,bounded by Main street,formerly Mound street,Beech street and the right off@ way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company,which monument is located in said piece of land at a point five and five tenths(5.5) feet easterly from a point in the easterl$ line of Main street,formerly Mound street which said last mentioned point iff fifty and six tenths (50.6) feet northerly in said easterly line of Main street,formerly Mound street,from the northerly line of Beech street,is hereby fixed and established and declared to be twelve and six tenths (I2.6) feet above the mean high wtaer of the San Francisco Bay. And be it further -resolved that the width of the roadway of Roosevelt avenue,be and the same ld hereby fixed and established at forty feet,to be twdhty (20) feet on each side of the center line thereof. And be it further resolved that the remaining portions of said Roosevelt avenue,on both sides of the roadway thereof,shall be and the same is hereby set apart as and for sidewalks and curbs. - Trustee Ryan seconds the motion. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redw od City at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 19th.day of june,1922,by the following vote; Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees, CarlK.Mabie,H.C.Tuchsen,H.A.Beeger,IJ-.E.Ryan,Geo.W.Mcldulty.
