<br />The Board of Trustees of the Town
<br />of Redwood City do ordain as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />ISPCTION 1, It Is hereby declared
<br />unlawful for any person, persons, eom-
<br />j Panyor eorporatlons to -operate or cause
<br />to be operated any railroad train in
<br />{ the Town of Red WOOd City at a greater
<br />,rate of speed than.411 miles per hour.
<br />SECTION 2, Any person, firm, com-
<br />pany or corporation violating any of

<br />provisions of this ordinance shall
<br />be deemed gulity of a misdemeanor
<br />'upon
<br />1 and conviction thereof shall be,
<br />Punished by a fine of not more -than
