<br />I. That the said party of the first part shall not be assessed nor charged with any portiol
<br />of the costs and expenses of constructien,maintenan.ce and repair of any sewer in or upon
<br />the aforementioned right of way.
<br />II. That said party of the second part shall maintain and keep the sewer or sewers to be
<br />constructed in and upon said right of way in proper repair at its own, cost and expense.
<br />III. Thht the party of the first part shall have the right at all times to make connection
<br />with and use the sewer or sewers hereinafter to be constructed, for sewerage purposes and
<br />without cost or expense.
<br />IV. Non-use for the period of five years shall be construed as a forfeiture,and there-
<br />upon the privelege given and granted hereunder shall be void, and property rights hereunto
<br />given,shall revert to the party of the first part.
<br />V. All stipulations rights and priveleges given and granted hereunder shall ingre to the
<br />benefit of and shall bind the grantees and successors of the parties hereto, without express
<br />mention.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused these presents to be subscribed
<br />and executed by its President and its Secretary,both being duly authorized, and has caused
<br />its corporate seal to be affixed, the day and year first hereinbefore written,
