46 <br />shall be°a strAight line drawn between consecttive points. The grades upon all streets and <br />right of way runnijg easterly and westerly in this Resolution mentioned between the points <br />where said grades are fixed and established herein shall be a.straight line drawn between <br />consecutive points. <br />RESOLVED, that the grades at the top of the curbs on both sides of all the streets upon <br />which grades are fixed and established herein. shall air all points be 2 inches below the y, <br />grades in the center of such streets. E <br />RESOLVED, that the grades of the -gutters on both sides of. the streets upon which the grades <br />are fixed and established herein shall at all points be six inches below the gaades at the <br />top of the curbs as said grades.are fixed and establsihed herein. <br />RESOLVED, that the mean high water of the San Francisco Bay is hereby adopted and establish <br />ed as the base from which and above which the grades hereinbefore mentioned are computed <br />and established. <br />RESOLVED, that the top of that certain granite monument marked TIG. B. "placed in that certain <br />triangular piece of land in the Town of Redwood City, the property of said Town,and bounded. <br />by Main Street,formerly Mound Street,Beech street and the. right of way of the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad Company,which monument is located in said piece of land at a point 5.5 <br />feet easterly from a point in the easterly line of Main street,formerly Mound street,which <br />last mentioned point is 50.6 feet northerly in said ,easterly line of Main Street,formerly <br />Mound street from the northerly line of $eech street,is hereby established and declared to <br />be I2.6 feet above mean high water of the San Francisco Bay. <br />RESOLVED that the width of the roadways of Hopkins avenuejIarren street, Standish street, <br />Howland str.eetoRogers street,Allerton street and Eaton street between the points where <br />grades are herein fixed and established be and the same ate hereby fixed and established at <br />fifty-six(56) feet for each of said streets to be twenty-three(23) feet on each side of <br />the center lines thereof. <br />Resolved, that'the remaining portions of said Hopkins avenue,War-ren street,Standish street, <br />Howland street,Rogers street,Allerton street,and Eaton street between the points where <br />grades are herein fixed and establsihed be, and the same are hereby set apart as and for <br />sidewalks and curs. <br />Trustee Beeger secibnds the motion. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board if Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meetin€ <br />of said Board held on the 17th.(Iay of Jnly.1922,by the following vote; <br />'Ayes and in favor of the passage orf the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />Carl K.Mabie,H.A.Beeger,M.E.Ryan. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees, <br />None. <br />Absent,Trustees,G.IV.MeNulty,H.C.Tuchsen. <br />- ---- - - <br />Carl -K_T iab i e . <br />President Pro -Tem of the Board - <br />OFT of the <br />Attest,W.A.Price.
