<br />RESOLVED,by the Bpard of .Trustees of the Tom of Redwood City,County of San 11ateo,
<br />State of California., that the City Engineer,be and he is hereby ordered to prepare plans,
<br />specifications and estimates for doing the following work and making the following improve-
