<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO. D- 7.
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did,'on the 17th.
<br />day of Jnly,1922,pass and adopt its Resolution of Intention 110.D.7,to order the hereinafter
<br />described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town,which Resolution of
<br />Intention No -D-7 was duly and legally published as required by law as appears from the
<br />affidavit of J.D.ffedge,nou on file in the office of the ClekIr of said Town of Redwood City;
<br />and
<br />17HERRIS, after the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.D-7,notices of the passage
<br />thereof,headed, "NOTICE OF MPROMENT11 were duly and legally posted along the line of said
<br />cottemplated work and improvements and in front of all the property to be assessed,at not
<br />more than 300 feet in distance apart and not less than three on each street in the district
<br />to be assessed and not less than -three in all,said notices having been posted in time,form,
<br />number and mahner as required by law,all as appears from the affidavit of Edward Dearborn,
<br />Superintendent of Streets of said Town of Redwood City,which affidavit is now on file in th•i
<br />Office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS,it appears from said affidavit of said Edward Dearborn aforesaid that. said notices
<br />Of Improvements were posted as aforesaid and said posting was completed on the 23rd. day of
<br />J'ul�r,192 2 ; end
<br />VMERFAS,at the time a.id place fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.D-7 and in the noticdis
<br />of the passage thereof so posted as aforesaid:when and where any and all persons having any
<br />objections to the proposed work and improvements described therein or to the grade at which
<br />said work and improvements are to be done and made appear before the Board of Trustees of
<br />the Town of Redwood City and show cause why said work and improvements should hot be carries.
