<br />RESOLVED,,That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 213 of the Statues of 'the State of
<br />California,1917,permission is hereby granted to the AUTO TRANSIT COMPANY to engage in the
<br />business of transporting persons for hire and to operate three(3) or more autombiles over
<br />the following,street or streets,in the EL CAMINO REAL in the Town of Redwood City and such
<br />other streets as amy be necessary'by reason ofany of the foregoing streets being obstructed
<br />or closed6for repairs.
<br />That the fixed termini between which the grantee is permitted to operate,such vehic.
<br />vehicles are Fifth and Market streets in the City of San Francisco and Pacific Avenue Hotel
<br />St.George.61 Pacific Avenue in the City of Santa Cruz,Santa Cruz County,California;over the
<br />State Highway.
<br />That the vehicles to be used in the said transportation are three (3) with a
<br />capacity of seven(7) passengers each.
<br />That the rights and priveleges #erein granted are for the term of five(5) years
<br />from the date hereof,provided the same may be tevoked or suspended by the Board of Trustees
<br />of the Town of Redwood City in the manner provided by law.
<br />In the exercise of the rights•and priveleges hereby granted the,grantee shall
<br />observe all the rules and regulations,requirements and ordinances of the grantor,now existinE
<br />or hereafter adopted..
