<br />applications be laid oter until nexti meeting , and the Clerk write the lodges whose names
<br />appear on the petition and ask it their to&ge moved and carried a motion for three o'clock
<br />dances and it same appear on their minutes to that effect,Motion Carried.
<br />Report of City Electrician and City Engineer ,the estimate cost covering the constructin;
<br />work required on the lighting and fire alarm systems,required by the Railroad Commission,
<br />was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Mabie,said report be received and filed,
<br />and the clerk notify the Railroad Commission the work will proceed as soon as the City can
<br />secure linemen from the Pacific Gas & Electric Company to do the work,Motion Carried.
<br />Communication from the League of California Municipalities urging the Board to defeat
<br />constitutional amendments Nos.IO-II-27 and 30,as they appear on the November ballott, and
