<br />RESOLUTION - DECLARING NUinm.NO.0-6.
<br />RESOLVED by the Board of•Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that whereas,certain weeds
<br />:are growing in the Town of Redwood City,upon the streets and in front of the property here-
<br />inafter mentioned,which weeds are of a kind which bear'seeds of•a wingy or downy nature and
<br />will attain such large growth as to become a fire menace when dry, and whereas, the said
<br />weeds constitute a public nuisance;
<br />NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds do now constitute and will
<br />continue to constitute a public nusinace, and it is ordered that said public nuisance be
<br />abated in the manner provided by that certain act of the Legislature of the State of
<br />California.entitled."An Act Authorizing Municipalities to declare Noxious or dangerous weeds
<br />growing upon the streets or sidewalks or upon private property within municipalities,to be
<br />a public nuisnace, creating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalks
<br />or upon which nuisnace exists for the cost of abating same",approved May 26th.1915.
