V I 13 nds the motion oti on <br />Trustee �sbie offers the following Resolution,Trustee sager svbo ,�i <br />Carried. <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO.F-6. <br />IRESOLVED, thahereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,di d,on the 7th, <br />day of M4y,1923, ass and adopt its Resolution of Intention No.F-6,to order the hereinafter <br />work and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City,which Resolution of Intention <br />No.F-6 was duly and legally published as required by law as appears from the affidavit of <br />JA(3,D,Hedge now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, and <br />Wheroas,notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.F-6,headed"Notioe of <br />Improvement" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated wotk and im- <br />provements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed,in form'=4434s ner as <br />required by law�as Appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt,Street Superintendent of the <br />Town -,of.Redwood City,now on file in -the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS,jt appears from the affidavit of said C.L.Dimmitt,said Street Superintendent, <br />hereinbefore)%referred to herein, that the posting_ of said h.otices of improvements was com- <br />pleted on the 29th.day of May,1923; and <br />WHEREA:S,at the time fixed in and by said Resolution of Intention No.F.6 and the notices <br />of the passage thereof so posted as aforesaid when and where protests against said work and <br />improvement described herein or against the grade at which it is proposed to do and make <br />said work and improvements could be made to the Board of Trustees of the V owa of Redwood Cit,^, <br />WHEREAS, at said time and place said Board of Trustees received a protest against said <br />work from Geo.EoVallace; and <br />WHEREAS, said protest and objectioh.was duly heard by said Board on the 18th_.day of <br />June,1923,and on said day duly overruled by a vote of more than four-fifths of the members <br />thereof; - <br />And whereas said Board now having acquired jurisdiction to order said work and improve- <br />nents; <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require the work and <br />improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby <br />orders the following work to be done and improvements to be mase in said Town of Redwood <br />City,to-wit; <br />9 <br />1 <br />r, <br />
