MEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Tarn of Redwood City, did, in open session, on the 6th. day of August, 1923, publicly open, examine and dedlare all sealed proposals for doing the following work and making the following improvements in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit: 4 j 4 t, i :RESOLVED, that the said Board of Trustees hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible bidder, to -wit: W.A. Dontanville. .............,.....,.at the prices named in his bid. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to post a notice of this award conspicuously for five days on or near the council chamber door of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, and also to publish said notice by two successive insertions in the Redwood City Stan- dard, a•weekly newspaper published, printed and circulated in said Town, (there being no I i daily or semi-weekly newspaper published or printed therein), and hereby designated for that 1 purpose by said Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City.
