The United States Cast Iron and <br />Foundry Co. being the lowest bidder, they beiawarddd the contract for cast iron water pipe <br />and fittings. <br />Motion carried. <br />Communication from the Pratt -Tow Co. petitioning the Board to change the single stream <br />hydrant on Willow St. to a double one, was on motion of Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee <br />Beeger, the Supt. of Water be instructed to change the hydrant as requested. <br />Motion carried. <br />Application of S. Weisman for a permit to conduct a 1 o'clock dance in Foresters Hall <br />on Saturday evening. August 18, 1923; was granted on motion of Trustee Mabie.
