Redwood City,April 2Ist.II-30 o'clock P.M. <br />The meeting was called to order by W.A.Price,City Clerk. <br />Upon roll call there were present ,Trustees; -G.W.McNulty,C.K.Mabie,A.'E.Monteith,H.A.Beeger, <br />M.E.Ryan.. <br />Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Monteith, Trustee H.A.Beeger be appointed chair- <br />man of the Board for the term of two years.Motion Carried. <br />On motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Mabie , the oath of office of G.W.MeNul"ty, <br />C.K.Mabie,A.E.Monteith,as Trustees,W.A#Price, City Clerk and F.K.Towne as Treasurer be <br />received and filed.
