Upon roll call there were present Trustees; -President H.A.Beeger,C.K.MabiegA,H,,Monteith, G.W.McNulty,M.E.Ryan,Clerk W.A.Price. On motion of Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried,Minutes of meeting held Him next�O April 2Ist.192¢ be dispensed with until/regular meeting.Motion Carried. Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Mabie,Mr.C.O.Bentley be granted permission to operate a motor bus from S.P.Co Depot to the City Limits on Chestnut Street,Motion Oarried, Communication from Judge G.H.Buck thanking the Board for their action taken in the Pe-% matter of three o'clock dances was on motion of Trustee Monteith,seconded by Trustee Mabia same be received and filed.Motion Carried. Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Company for permission to set one pole on Hilton Street as per BLUE PRINT # 877 -R -also permission to contact one pole belonging to the City at the corner of Hilton and Cassia Streets as per BLUE PRINT 7§878-R,also to contact on one pole belonging to the City as per BLUE PRINT #879-R,was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried said permits be granted. Application of R.W.Riley accompanied by Bond and the fee of Twenty five Dollars for a Luster Plumber Livense was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee McNulty same be granted.Motion Carried. Moved by Trustee IVIabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried, the Chairman and Clerk be authorized to sign a deed to the Beeger Tannery Company for a parcel of land situated on Maple Street and E1 Camino Real in the Town of Redwood City, Moved by Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee Mabie, the application of Mrs.LaDieu for water in the Boyd and Kent Tract be denied,Motion Carried. On motion of Trustee Monteith,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried, the City Engineer be authorized to purchase a 6x6 portable corrugated iron house for the new pump cost of same to be $72.¢0 with 2% discount. The following standing committees were appointed by Chairman Beeger for the next two yeare,to-wit;- Finance Committee. LI.E.Ryan,Chairman-A.E.Monteith-G.W.MeNulty. Public Works Committee. G.W.McNulty,Chairman-C.K.Mabie-A.E.Monteith. Public Utilities Committee. A.E.Monteith,Chairman-C.K.Mabie-M.E.Ryan.
