<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present,Trustees;-President H.A.Beeger,C.K.Ivlabie,A.E.Monteith,
<br />G.W.McNulty,M.E.Ryan,Clerk W.A.Price.
<br />Minutes of.regular meeting held May 5th:1924 were read and on motion of Trustee McNulty,
<br />seconded by Trustee Mabie and carried same be approved as read. p -�

<br />Moved by Trustee idonteith,seconded by Trustee Ryan and carried, the City pay �f of
<br />the expense ,with the Sequoia. High School District,in the construction of a sewer across
<br />the State Highway,same_not to exceed the amount of 0 425.00
<br />Affidavit of.Jas.D.HeOge in the matter of Publishing notice U sale of Bonds Improvement
<br />of Oak Knoll Manor under Resolution of Intention No.F-7 was on motion of Trustee McNulty,
<br />seconded Mabie same be received and filed,Motion Carried.
<br />Trustee Mabie offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption,Trustee McNulty
<br />seconds the motion,MRtion Carried.
<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING• BONDS DELIVERED TO CONTRACTOR.
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of -Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did on the 2Ist.day of April
<br />1924 advertise the sale of certain improvement bonds issued under the "Improvement Bond
<br />Act of 1915" to represent unpaid assessments levied for the Improvement of Oak Knoll Manor,
<br />in said Town under Resolution og Intention No -F-7 in pursuance of the "Improvement Act
<br />of 191211, and whereas, the time of sale having arrived and no bids having been received,
<br />IT IS HEREBY ,DETERMINED AND DECLARED that the Town Clerk be and he is hereby directed
<br />to deliver said bonds to the.contractor; 'To A.Teichert & Son
<br />in satisfaction of the sum due said contractor under his assessment and warrant.
<br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced &gd
<br />adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City ,the 19th.day of May,1924#
<br />by the following vote;

<br />instructed to, prepare Plans &'Specifications for the construction of a sewer on Whipple
<br />Avenue from Melrose Place to Ashley Avenue.
