<br />SECTION 4. .Any person, persons,
<br />I firm, co -partnership, society or corpora-
<br />tion. violating any of the provisions of
<br />this Ordination shall 'be deemed guilty
<br />of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
<br />thereof shall be punished by a'fine not
<br />exceeding one-hundredr- '$100.00) dol-
<br />lars or by Imprisonment In the County
<br />rail in the County of San.Mateo, State
<br />of California not exceeding thirty
<br />days or by both such fine and Imprison=
<br />mont.
<br />I SECTION U. All Ordinances or parts
