3 <br />Redwood City, August 4th, 1924, 8 o'clock P -M. <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees Pros H.A.Beeger,C.K.Mabie,G.W.McNulty, Clerk <br />W.A.Price, <br />Absent Trustees: A.E.Monteith,M.E.Ryan. <br />Minutes of regular meeting held July 21st,1924-,were read and on motion of Trustee McNulty <br />seconded by Trustee Mabie same be approved as read: Motion carried. <br />The map of Perry Subdivision was presented by City Engineer Dimmitt, and on motion of <br />Trustee McNulty, second,pd by Trustee Mabie said map be approved by the Board,Motion carrid <br />On motion of Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee McNulty, and carried the following <br />dance permits was granted, to -wit: <br />Old Timers Club in Forester's Hall on Wednesday evenings of August 6th,13th,20th, and <br />27th, 1924.until 12 o'clock. <br />S. Weismman in Foresters Hall Saturday evening Augu.st'23rci, 1924 until 1 o'clock. <br />Thefollowing applications of the Pacific Gas & Electric Co, was granted on motion of <br />Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried, to -wit: <br />To set One pole on Pine St, as per Blue Print #921-R. " <br />To set Three poles on Finger Avenue as per Blue Print #923-R. <br />To set Two poles on Madison Avenue as per Blue Print #925-R. <br />Moved by Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the Board co-operate with the Sequoia <br />r <br />Union High School Trustees in building a sewer across the Highway near James Street in <br />amount of <br />Reports of Treasurer, Tax Collector,Supt of Parks,Building,Electrical,and Plumbing <br />Inspector was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Mabie said reports be <br />received and filed, Motion carried. <br />M <br />The following claims were passed on and O.Ked by the Finance Committee No 1 to Nol69 <br />inclusive: <br />No.l- C.L.Dimmitt Water $150,00 <br />2- W.A.Price General 87,50 <br />3.- Nellie L.Miramontes to 75.00 <br />4- C.L.Collins " 112*50 <br />Jos A.Roza to87.50 <br />- Ed McAuliffe if $7,50 <br />S.Douglass It 87 <br />0 <br />- S.Wood it8 .50 <br />9- E.Kreiss 8i <br />
