<br />Regular meeting of the Boardcof Trustees Held.
<br />Upon rall call there were present Trustees Pres H.A.Beeger, C.K.Mabie,'A.E.Monteith,
<br />Geo W. McNulty, City clerk W.A.Price, Absent Trustee: I,i.E.Ryan,
<br />Minutes of meeting held October 20th, and 21st, 1924., were read and on Motion of Trustee
<br />McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith same be approved as read. Motion carried,
<br />Moved by Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trust6e Mabie the City Engineer be instructed to
<br />prepare Plans and specifications for shoulders on El Camino Real from City limits to City
<br />limits in accordance to the report of the Committee appointed by the Board,Motion carried.
<br />Application of Fred Hendricks for a Master Plumbers license for the City of Redwood was
<br />on Motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee Idabie said permit be grantedr. carried.
<br />The following dance permits were granted on Motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded by
<br />Trustee Mabie and carried: to -wit: -
<br />Old Timer's Club in Forester's Hall, Nov 5th,12th,19th,and 25th,1924.,until 1 o'clock.
<br />A.Del Paggetto, in I.O.O.F, hall Saturday evening Nov 15th,1924„ until 1 o'clock.
<br />Court Madrone #158, F. of A. in Foresters hall Nov 26th, 1924 -,until 1 o'clock.
<br />Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Co for a permit to set four poles on St Francis
<br />Street as per Blue Print #953-R and 954-R,'was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by
<br />Trustee Monteith same be granted, Motion carried.
<br />Affidavit of Jas D.Hedge, in the matter of Publishing, and affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt Supt
<br />of Streets in the matter of Posting notice of improvements on Harrison Ave, Adams and
<br />Cleveland Streets under Resolution of Intention No G-8, was on motion of Trustee Mabie
<br />seconded by Trustee Monteith same be received and filed. Motion carried,
<br />In the matter of Harrison Ave,Adams and Cleveland Streets improvements up for hearing
<br />was on Motion of Trustee Monteith secondedby Trustee McNulty said improvements be laid over
<br />for futher hearing until nest regular meeting to hear from other property owners interested.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith, the necessary action be taken to
<br />construct a sewer for three blocks on Nrandi Street, and one,block on Hudson Street,
<br />Motion carried,
<br />Moved by Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the City Engineer be instructed
<br />to prepare Plans and Specifications for the severing of Charter Street, Between the Highway
<br />and the Southern Pacific Co track, Motion carried,
<br />On motion of Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee Monteith, the City Engineer be instructed
<br />to construct a diversion sewer carom the Southern Pacific's tracks to Heller Street,
<br />Motion carried,
<br />On motion of Trustee Mabie, seconded by Trustee Monteith, the Board pay their one third
<br />Union
<br />share for the construction of the Sequoia/High School sewer across the Highwaj in the
<br />amount of $457,88. Motion carried.
<br />Reports of Treasurer,Tax Collector,Building,Electrical,Plumbing Inspector,Supt of Parks
<br />and,Poundmaster, were on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith, said
<br />reports be received and filed, Motion carried.
<br />The following claims were passed on and O.Bed by the Finance Committee No 482 to #640.
