<br />ments should not be carried out and done at the grades shown on the plans,profiles and

<br />WHEREAS,at the day,hour and place fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.G-IO, and
<br />in the notices of the passage thereof so ppsted as aforesaid when any and all persons
<br />could appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed work and imp-
<br />rovements should Slot be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.
<br />G -IO or why said proposed work and improvements should 'not be carried out and done at
<br />the grades as shown on the plans,profiles and specifications heretofore adopted by the
<br />Board of Trustees for doing said work and making said improvements,no person or persons
<br />appeared and no onjections of any kind were made against said proposed work and improve-
<br />ments described in said Resolution of Intention No.G-IO or to the proposed grades at which
<br />said work and improve_ents are to be done and made, and said Board of Trurtees now having
<br />acquired jurisdiction to proceed and order said work and improvement.
