<br />RESOLVED, t'40 -whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,did on the Ist.
<br />day day of Becemberg1924tpass and adopt Resolutwon of Intention No.G-II,to order the herein-
<br />after described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town. of Redwood,City,
<br />which Resolution of Intention No.G-II was duly and legally published as required by law,
<br />as appears from the affidavit of J.D.Hedge,now on file in the office of the Clerk of said
<br />Town; and
<br />WHEREAS,notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.G-II,headed"Notice of
<br />IMPROVEMENT" were duly and legg�ly posted along the line of said Contemplated work and - ,
<br />improve eats and in front of all property liable to be assessed thexefor,in time,form,man-
<br />ner and number as required by law,as appwars from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt,Street sUp_
