<br />meats should not be carried out and done at the grades shown on the plans,profiles and
<br />specifications heretofore adopted'by the Board of Trustees for doing said work and making
<br />said improvements and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City;

<br />WHEREAS,at the day,hour and place fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.G-I0, and
<br />in the notices of the passage thereof so ppsted as aforesaid when any and all persons
<br />could appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed work and imp-
<br />rovements should hot be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.
<br />G -IO or why said proposed work and improvements should hot be carried out and done at
<br />the grades as shown on the plans,profiles and specifications heretofore adopted by the
<br />Board of Trustees for doing said work and making said improvements,no person or persons
<br />appeared and no onjections of any kind were made against said proposed work and improve-
<br />ments described in said Resolution of Intention No.G-IO or to the proposed grades at which
<br />said work and improvements are to be done and made, and said Board of Trustees now having
<br />acquired jurisdiction to proceed and order said work and improvement.
<br />THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the public interest and convenience require the work and
<br />improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City herebl.;
