i <br />Ell <br />U <br />0 <br />I., <br />Harrison Avenue from the center line thereof to the southeasterly line thereon, and from <br />the northeasterly line of Cleveland Street to the northeasterly line of Adams Street, <br />including all street: and alley intersections and terminations of said several streets wi <br />the the lines hereinbefore mentioned be improved as follows, to -wit: <br />That the roadways and portions od roadways of said streets and avenues above described <br />be graded and paved with macadam pavement 6 inches thick4and an asphaltic oil wearing <br />surface; there is excepted however, from the work hereinbefore described, a strip eighteen <br />(18) inches wide immediately adjacent to the curb lines on both sides of the hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described streets and avenues, reserved for gutters. <br />That hydraulic cement combination curb and gutter be constructed on both sides of Adams <br />Street and both sides of Clinton Street and upon the southeasterly side of Harrison Avenue <br />for the distances and between the,lines hereinbefore described for the pavement of said <br />streets and avenues. <br />The curb portion of said combination curb ;and gutter to be six (6) inches across the top <br />and eleven (11) inches deep, and the gutter portion of said combination curb and gutter to <br />be eighteen (18) inches wide and to'be six (6) inches thick nest to the pavement and five <br />(5) inches thick next to the curb, and said combination curb and gutter to be made and <br />constructed at one time so that there will be no joint between the curb and gutter. <br />Said cement combination curb and gutter upon the hereinbefore described streets and <br />avenues shall also be constructed upon the corners of the intersecting and terminating <br />streets, avenues and alleysr <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting of said Board held on the 2nd day of February 1925, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />C.E.Mabie, A.E.Monteith, G.W.MeNulty, M.E.Ryan, H.A,Beeger. <br />--------------------------- --................. <br />----------=--- <br />Nb and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />None <br />............. -------..----.• ..-------...... --. <br />Absent, Trustees, None <br />-------------- ---------- ------------ <br />H.
